Musculoskeletal System

Musculoskeletal Short Term Effects of the Muscular System.

Body temperature increases due to the flow of blood inside the body.vessels come to the surface and are more visible in order to cool down you often see the face go red.

Micro tears may start to occur after exercise causing you to experience quite a bit of soreness for quite some time.

One of the most obvious short term effects of the Musculoskeletal system is the increase in muscle tone and efficiency over a short period of time you will see the decrease in the body's fat storage but during some exercise the body may rely on it's fat stores depending on the exercise.

Breathing is also a short term effect as breathing becomes harder as you exercise due to the fact the body cannot distribute that much oxygen in that amount of time.

During exercise your muscles will be in demand of more energy requiring glucose and oxygen to provide this energy glucose is a major source of energy for the body's cells, glucose in the muscular system create lactic acid with that lactic acid providing the body with more energy meaning the body tires quicker.

When the muscles get warmer they become much more flexible and are able to stretch more this is because pliability with in the muscles increase meaning the body performs at a better level than usual.
