Effects of Exercise on the Muscularskeletal

In today's lesson we investigated and tested the muscularskeletal systems and its different effects before and after training, we tested things such as the muscles elasticity these were the following results that we gathered from today's lesson on the muscularskeletal system.

The first test we did was a sit and reach test to see how flexible our muscles were to start off with afterwards we then went on to do some sprints then we also did short and long sprints here are the following results.

Sit and Reach

Nazer Olenga -

Before - 10 

During - 24

After - 16

Sprint Test

First - 14.91 

Second - 14.42

Third - 13.54

All of these results show that at the start of a training session the muscle is well prepared for training but as the the intensity increases during the training it becomes harder for the muscles to endure causing huge lack of oxygen.
